Excellent 4 night stay at Empire studioz. This is a hidden gem ! Great location from airport and 10 min from the metro. Great proximity to malls, Cyberhub and fine dining. The rooms are quite high tech, something you normally see in luxury chains. The service is excellent - all our requests were taken care of immediately, including maintenance and housekeeping, Upon our request, they ran a staff member to the local market to get us some fresh coconuts - that was going above and beyond! We entertained our guests for dinner and they all loved the food and great stay it was

Clean rooms with all the facilities in the room, staff is friendly and polite. Perfectly priced. Top recommended place to stay. The best thing is their food, freshly cooked and delicious. much appreciated

This house is located about 20-30 mins. walking from DLF golf club. It's a walkable distance from the golf, going thru a very poor and characteristic neighbourhood with a lively food market at the end of Springfield road. The room was ok, bed ok, shower ok, wifi worked fine until the signal disappeared. This is a stand-alone house transformed into guest accomodations. In general it's an ok accomodation, but the photos are deceiving. The shower is nothing to rave about at all, the mattrass is quite hard. Got a change of bedsheets because I stayed 6 nights here. Staff is friendly and nice, but unfortunately not very professional at all (see payment issues description).

I had big issues with payment at this accomodation. The policy on booking.com clearly states that credit card payment is accepted. Instead, I was asked to pay 12% extra when paying by credit card, which I refused. The employee mistakenly wanted to apply tax on top of my booking price, but this got clear only at the end of the story. He repeatedly asked me for a 12% extra if paying by card. So I had no choice left, but had to go several times to withdraw indian cash from an ATM (none nearby), you can imagine the p.i.t.a. that was. After paying most of my bill with indian cash, I had a talk over the reception phone with the owner who was sorry for his employee's mistaken request, and said I could settle the rest by credit card, which I did. Surprise surprise, their credit card machine charged me but did not issue any receipt, but I still received a charge on my cc (I could check that on my cc statement online and received an authorized txt msg from my bank too). The employee said, the day after, that the charge did not go thru, altough I could still see it on my online statement and showed it to him many times. End of the story, I had several telephone talks with the owner Mr. Nithin who assured me that the charge was not gone thru. So I had to settle again by cash. Plus I had to write a receipt note myself, in order for the accomodation to cancel/refund if the credit card charge indeed was gone thru, as my statement showed. After I flew back home and did contact my bank, I had to wait another 7 days to be sure the credit card was indeed not charged. Imagine the stress of all this story regarding payment. I suggest to settle your bill with cash and don't even try to bother to pay by credit card. It will only cause you unnecessary trouble. This accomodation should be a lot more clear about payment method, stating cash only. Not many europeans were staying here, mostly long term indian or african guests, who obviously pay by cash.

Hot water not enough Giza but not so much bad

- helpfulness of the staff - room size - value for money

- breakfast only started at 8h30, even if it is clearly indicated starting at 7h30. -Sewage smell coming out of the bathroom drains

The cutlery and hot plate are useful for people like me who don't want to eat out or have dietary restrictions.

1) The mattress springs could be felt while sleeping. 2) The bed linen could be cleaner. 3) The food menu in the room says dinner can be ordered but it's actually not available.
