The convenience of the location

House had gnats

Only the games and den area.

The maintenance was lackluster. The appearance displayed lots of wear & tear. There were lots of dirtiness on the walls and stairway. Overall I was dissatisfied but the “Team” did respond through text/email communication right away, but the concerns were not resolvable in a timely circumstance.

Very convenient to everything

The door pad lock didnt work. Very hard to leave if you wanted to walk either wait and hope someone is coming in, climb the fence to exit by foot, or pull your vehicle up great thing it was my husband and I came together instead of the kids and myself.

Love the location. Pool table was fun.

It had plenty of room for all of us.

There was no A/C!!! They had 3 window units for that large place. Not near enough A/C units for the square footage. The hard floors were dirty! You couldn’t be barefooted or just in socks because the bottom of your feet would be black!! Gross! I

Very nice and clean! Great area close to everything. Loved the amenities especially the pool table! Rooms were spacious, bathrooms as well, plus a nice kitchen and living room area upstairs! Being gated and having a garage was awesome! Hopefully we can book again in the future! Highly recommend!!!

Good location and a secure gate.

Little flying black bugs everywhere. Very off putting in the kitchen and the bathrooms, seemed to be coming from the sinks? They Covered all the bathroom mirrors and our toiletries which made us feel dirty and not want to spend time in the property and we didn’t dare eat or use the kitchen facilities because of them. Only went as far as having a glass of water and a bug went straight in it so that was a shame. We’ve stayed in a property literally just around the corner on Webster street and there was no sign of any insects so can’t put it down to area.
