"terrible stay. worst experience in Melaka"

2 queen bed. extra couch. enough towel. all basic things are provided. clean and comfortable. location also very good away from traffic jam. room view also ok. easy to access. easy to get the keys. lift also working well.

parking fee not included. need to pay yourself. parking very far from hotel lobby, need to go to the next building, climb up to 5 levels, parking stairs also scary, door to go to stairs also broken. stuck in the stairway because the doorknob broken, i cannot get out. swimming pool CANNOT use, playground CANNOT use, other facility CANNOT use because only for hotel guest. didn't know about it just before check-in, cannot refund my money. U ONLY STAY HERE AND STAY IN THE ROOM.. cannot do anything with the facility. ask for security deposit DAYS before check-in, will keep on asking and remanding u to pay everyday. security deposit also very high base on what provided. wifi also always disconnected. NO netflix account, Youtube use guest log in only. might be my worst stay in Melaka.

The parking is very hard.. need to park to the next building and have to walk some long to the room
