"Good location but disappointing standard of accommodation"

The location was ideal to get into the Center of Exeter and very close to the waterside

The outside of the property was in desperate need of renovating and looked very tired, over grown & run down. The bins hadn’t been emptied in the bathroom , the en-suite shower didn’t work & there was a greasy , unwashed oven tray in the oven - complete with a few oven chips! There were sunglasses in the bedroom & a ‘used’ towel in another bedroom. It left us feeling very uneasy as to the lack of cleaning in the property prior to our arrival which we definitely didn’t appreciate. .
