"lift & pool"

9.0

Furniture & arrangement in house is nice, cozy, modern & very comfy. My son loves the pool so much! The sop to check in & out is very detailed and not so troublesome (except for first timer). The agent is responsive & helpful.

very bad service in terms of lift/elevator. too long waiting period especially during peak hour with no proper air flow system in the waiting area and don't even have seats. i was with my 67years old mother who is not capable of standing too long, together with my very active toddler who hates to stand still more than 10seconds. & not much chair/place to put towels/belongings at the pool area.
