Too many restriction and impose security deposit which uncessary charge/ return within 72 hours after stay. Ridiculus!

The house was clean, with white bed sheets like hotel (very good), minimalist decoration and complete with basic facilities. The swimming pool was very nice especially for the kids.

I could not switch on the TV. Tried to unplug and plug, press the manual power button on tv but still could not.

We arrived quite late after 12am and the door password has expired (or something else happen, idk) and we cannot unlocked the door.We kept calling the host for about 15-20 minutes since it was already late at night. Once they answered and gave us quick solution we can enter the property. It is better if we got notified earlier if we need to check in before 12am or anything that could go wrong with the advance door system. Lesson learned for us too, we need to inform the host our check in time during their working hours. However, the host are very helpful and kind.

The lift system should be improve. During peak hour of checking out, the lift is congested with the people. We stayed at level 32. People from below level get in the lift eventhough its going upward. Should divide the lift for upper level & lower level. We waited almost 30minutes to get in and some of my family members going down the stairs from level 32 to level 5 parking..🥲

Swimming pool is large. Kids will surely love it! And there’s a separate pool for adults.

The management. On the day of check in, I texted the management asking whether I can check in at 3pm and they said can. When I arrived, I asked for the password to open the pigeon box for the keys but they told unit is not ready. At 5pm I got to check in! They should consider ppl travelling far and with small cranky kids had to wait for so long. Tell earlier and customer will be ok! They told can late check out at 3pm. But at 2pm the cleaner suddenly entered the unit without permission and telling us to go out. Does the management even communicate with those cleaners?! TV was also broken but they replaced it immediately with a new one.
