It was perfectly located, further away from town but awesome space either way

Abseits vom Trubel und dadurch ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 20-30 Minuten an einen etwas abgelegen, aber ruhigen Strand gehen. Dort kann man auch sehr gut Schnorcheln.

Die An- und Abreise ist durch die Lage etwas aufwendig. Man muss zudem immer den Shuttle zum Strand oder in den Ort nehmen. Das Restaurant mit schönem Ausblick schließt bereits um 21 Uhr. Die Poolanlage war nicht vollständig mit Wasser gefüllt und dadurch nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet.

The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were very spacious for two people. The drivers were also really kind.

The pictures just didn’t match the reality. The whole pool/slide area hasn’t been renovated since the building with the paint peeling off and dangerous sharp parts sticking out. The water in the pool looked like it had also been there for at least half a year. Almost no pools were filled to the top. On top of that the receptionist has the audacity to tell us that the pool is opened. There’s also a huge almost empty water storage area right next to it which doesn’t add any plus points to the property. The breakfast was close to 10 Euros but looked and tasted more like it has been on the plates for a few days at least. There was barely any water coming out the showers in the rooms. The reception staff didn’t speak English very well and was not very helpful with getting free. transfers which they include in their offers. Overall just disappointing.

En effet, suite aux événements survenus au Moyen-Orient le 28 février, nous avons été contraints de décaler notre séjour de quelques jours, alors même que celui-ci avait déjà été réglé pour un montant conséquent. Nous avons sollicité l’hôtel afin d’obtenir un geste commercial, même modeste — par exemple l’inclusion du petit déjeuner en compensation des nuits perdues — mais notre demande n’a pas été prise en considération. Cette absence de flexibilité a été particulièrement regrettable, d’autant plus que notre séjour total s’étendait sur 12 jours. Par ailleurs, le rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner nous a semblé insuffisant : le choix proposé était limité au regard du tarif demandé, ce qui donne une impression de prestation peu équilibrée. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner plusieurs points positifs : le personnel est globalement très sympathique et accueillant, la chambre était propre, et les chauffeurs assurant les transferts vers le centre-ville étaient particulièrement agréables et professionnels. En résumé, le séjour aurait pu être pleinement satisfaisant sans ce manque de considération commerciale de la part du management.

Schöne, ruhige Anlage mit moderner Gestaltung, auch wenn man merkt, dass das Hotel bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist – insgesamt aber gepflegt und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit bequemen Betten, einem ebenfalls großzügigen Badezimmer und einem schönen privaten Balkon. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe sowie der praktische Shuttle-Service, der stündlich fährt und für uns völlig ausreichend war. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – für ein paar Tage auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
