Accommodating property manager and easy to reach out, no hassle. And for the price, it is cheap enough considering the locations. Definitely will book this place once again if babalik ng bacolod.

The place is so near everything. Mall is one street crossing away, church is near as well. Very accessible. The place felt very clean and safe as well. The owners were accommodating as well and provided me with my requests. Good for price.

"One of the nicer accommodations in the city. I'd always choose this over hotels."

The condo unit had complete amenities, like it was your own home. AC was working well and cools the room quickly. Wi-Fi was stable and fast (90mbps). Shower has heater and the bathroom has a bidet (always a plus). Security was available 24/7 and the area was generally peaceful. Located beside an Ayala mall, so if you need anything, it was within reach. Overall I had a pleasant stay!

The unit door was quite a struggle to open and close hahah. It seems to be needing adjustment. The room also might benefit from a dehumidifier or aroma diffuser. I understand the hosts might be busy with their work, but I'd appreciate if my messages on Viber were answered occasionally.
