Location - close everywhere (to train or bus station, to old city, restaurants, shops), size of the apartment (perfect for 4 people), quiet area, very clean, beautiful building

Blinds in the washroom (we couldn't close the blinds), sometimes was hard to open the gate (the lock liked to stuck)

We loved everything. The neighbourhood was very quiet, the building very close to Alta Città and the apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean and bright. I loved the Nespresso machine. Kitchen more than fully equipped. The owner very helpful, answered everything within minutes. Hope to return sometime.

The apartment is nice, has everything you need for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a beautiful building that has a very good location near the old town. The only inconvinience is that the parking slots on the street are for residents and you might get a fine if you park there, so you have to use the paid parkings in the area.

The contact with the owner was good until the moment we left. On our way out at the entrance of the building we bumped into the staff going up to clean the place. In haste I had booked our stay as a 2+2 as we have 2 girls aged 12 and 14 and a little boy aged 5 who sleeps on our bed when we travel, so we didn't need anything extra for him. Afterwards, I saw that there is a possibility to book this apartment for 5 people at the same price, so I did not consider it necessary to write to the owner that we have a third little kid who will sleep with us in the bedroom. So a few minutes after we left the appartment, the owner called on the phone accusing us of lying about having 2 kids, not 3, and breaking one of his doors, which was absolutely untrue. Due to the rainy weather we didn't get to explore Bergamo, we traveled to Garda and Genoa and only slept in the apartment for two nigts, we didn't even close the doors as my daughter was sick. I am absolutely sure that we did no damage and left the place tidy and in the condition it was when we arrived. I went back to see what was this call about and where this misunderstanding came from. The cleaning lady was there and told me in Russian that because we have 3 kids, the sofa mattress is torn apart on the underside, which again was a lie because 3 people never stood or slept on this sofa, my son slept on the bedroom with us. We were accused of leaving a cup with a sanitary napkin inside that was definitely a lie and I have no idea why and where those lies come from. It all sounded like they wanted us to leave cash for damages that were not caused by us. I am not sure if this unbelievable situation was made up by the cleaning staff or the owner, but either way the horrible and completely undeserved and false accusations by Christian over the phone that we damaged his apartment were complete lies and left a very negative flavor on our stay in Bergamo. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Really nice apartment and location. The building is beautiful and it is only minutes away from the old centre! Christian contacted us as soon as he got our reservation which was a last minute one! He also gave us important information and nice recommendations! Access to the apartment was really easy through a code number! Nice , clean, spacious apartment! We would definitely return... Bergamo is beautiful too!!!
