This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Although the villa has a great hillside location with amazing panoramic sea views, this is not yet a fully mature neighbourhood and there are houses still being built in the vicinity of the villa so we cannot guarantee a noise-free environment at all times. Please note that pool heating is available upon request from April until October at an additional charge of 49,45 euro per night. Late check-in (after 21:00) is available until midnight with an additional fee and always requires prior confirmation from our check-in agent. A deposit may be required at the property.
