Everything was dirty and filthy. the single room was awful and we moved to the larger room but that was equally bad. Toilet was filthy and smelly. bed sheet was used and not fresh. towel was found crushed and in a mess in the cupboard, definately not washed and probably left there by earlier guests. overall I did not like. a single thing in the room. you had to call staff every time you had to switch on the AC too! Ridiculous... we left the hotel without staying the night even though we paid the full amount and an extra 500 too.
IRThe room was clean but the shared bathroom was dirty. The wifi in my room didn't work.
INGreat services. Excellent property. Bathroom was hygienic. Bed was very good and comfortable. Neat and clean rooms. Supportive staff.
