L emplacement de l appart à la praira da roche est bien car c'est proche de la plage

La résidence manque de bureau d accueil, petit parking pour le flux de visiteurs existants car le garage est inexploitable La piscine est vide et jamais utilisée apparemment Manque d entretien dans le bâtiment Pas de double vitrage avec le bruit des voisins Manque de produit d entretien Propreté moyenne Pas de clim et de ventilation
