Best Location in Granada Reception area: Norwin is the best , always smiling trying to make guests feel at home making sure we have what’s needed it, not too many like him. He got mi 10 multiplied by 10!!!!

Renovation next to my room Not able to nap and been waking up at 7 am due to the wall banging

"Best location in town, with perfect service and very fair price."

Excellent attention from the staff, Norwing and Sofia. Nice room with a view towards Central Park and the Cathedral. I can highly recommend the restaurant. safe car parking in front of the hotel.

Su personal es muy amable, desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien recibidos, especialmente don Norwing Martinez, gracias a su amabilidad y profesionalismo de él, quien nos atendió con una sonrisa, resolvió nuestras dudas y estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos.
