*1/5 stars - Avoid at all costs!* My recent visit to this restaurant in Ujjain was an absolute disaster. The service was abysmal, and the facilities were in a deplorable state. The toilet had no exhaust fan, making it unbearable to use due to the overwhelming stench. The atmosphere was dirty and unkempt, which didn't exactly fill me with confidence about the food quality. Unfortunately, the food lived up to my low expectations - it was terrible. The complimentary breakfast, which was supposed to be a perk, was served in dirty conditions and was utterly disappointing. I'd give this place a rating of -10 out of 10 if I could. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness and customer service is appalling. Unless they make significant improvements, I'd strongly advise others to steer clear of this restaurant.Air condition not working Additionally, the bathroom facilities were further compromised by the fact that the tap only dispensed very warm water, with no option to mix in cooler water, making bathing uncomfortable. *Rating Breakdown:* - Food Quality: 1/10 - Service: 1/10 - Ambiance: 1/10 - Cleanliness: 0/10 *Recommendation:* Avoid this restaurant at all costs. There are far better options in Ujjain that prioritize customer satisfaction and cleanliness.

Very haiginic room and staff behaviour is also good, definately visit next time I suggest anyone coming ujjain book this hotel.

This room is very far from Ujjain Mahakaleshwar temple. They had guided us wrongly and told us that the room is nearby. After going there, we came to know that it is a very long distance and hence the travel cost is very high. There is no safety in the room and our lives are at great risk How do hotels from A come on booking.com. I don't know if we would trust booking.com

Very gorgeous experience in hotel Ecosia private room's and restaurants

My family and I recently stayed at this apartment, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. While the photos looked great, the reality was far from it. • The room was in terrible condition—bedsheets were unclean, used bedding was provided, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. • They demanded extra payment for air conditioning (₹500 per day), despite it being listed as included at the time of booking. Additionally, a ₹450 confirmation fee was charged, which was never mentioned during the booking process. • There was no staff presence throughout our stay, and the management lacked basic courtesy in dealing with guests. • The food contained flies, and there were mosquitoes all over the rooms due to a lack of cleanliness. The bathroom and toilet smelled bad, adding to the discomfort. The overall service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this stay.
