Very nice basement apartment. Amazing gas stove and the kitchen was stocked with many spices and oil, great for cooking. There is a TV with lots of stations. They also have board games in the cupboard under TV and various DC guides booklets. There is a washing machine and a dryer, washing detergent was also provided but we did not try the machines. Lots of drawers for keeping clothes in the bedroom.

Unfortunately, the ceiling is a bit thin, we could hear people walking upstairs, children running. But they were quiet during quiet hours. Wifi was a bit weak. Mattress was too soft for us, it "pitted" under the weight of a 55kg person even when lying, so I would recommend to get a new one.

The location was fine. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of blankets and towels.

#1 We had specifically asked if there was free parking available and were told that there was. But this was not correct, all the parking was permitted and we eventually had to find commercial parking several blocks away. #2. The heat NEVER worked properly and the staff could not seem to get it together to get it fixed. Day one nothing happened. Day two nothing happened, and we were told we should have left the key, but they didn't tell us that. Day three we finally had heat, but turned it down before we went to bed and then it increased to 75 degrees in the middle of the night and I woke up in a sweat at 5 AM.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and nice amenities on the house. Really nice patio outside, great for people with dogs and very good parking spot near the property! It's really close to some restaurants and the union market

Pleasant safe street in good location. Very spacious. Extremely comfortable bed. Well- equipped kitchen. Clear instructions on entry. Excellent WiFi.

Spacious, pretty, lovely neighborhood. It was just a perfect place for my husband, son and I. It was just 3 blocks to the main street where you catch the DC streetcar to Union station. We walked a few blocks down to get food at Whole foods for breakfast and snacks. Great and safe location!! We were very happy with our stay!! Thank you!!

Location pretty central in walking distance to tram and bus stops. Well renovated with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and very well equipped kitchen. Space in the apartment generous except bathroom. There is a local agency between booking.com and customers, who provided a warm welcome with extra information and even quick answers on emailed questions. Refund of deposit on day of departure.
