Grand Arcanum Apartment 2 - Comfortable and Elegant

L appartamento è molto ben posizionato e pulito. Il punto di forza è sicuramente il terrazzo con una splendida vista sul porticciolo di Senglea, il proprietario è stato molto reattivo e sempre disponibile.

Nonostante è stato segnalato più volte sicuramente la mancanza del frigorifero. Inoltre non capisco perché il terrazzo , punto di forza, non è arredato ne con un tavolino ne con un ombrellone, devo che è veramente un gran peccato

L'appartamento è molto bello, non adatto a chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione. La terrazza panoramica sul tetto è meravigliosa ed il paesaggio fantastico. La padrona di casa è molto gentile.

Sarebbe stato molto utile dotare l'appartamento di un piccolo frigorifero. Sarebbe auspicabile anche installare un angolo cottura.

Big apartment, good AC, all must have amenities were present (cutlery, cleaning tools, iron, fridge, microwave etc.). The owner is very responsive and tries his best to comfort guests. Location is good enough - ferry to Valetta is 20 minutes away, bus station is around the corner (for those who use public transportation), parking spots are all around, however you need to be aware of narrow streets. Water front is 2 minutes away, you can find a lot of restaurants here. I've read some "negative" comments about the bell ringing next building, however we treated it as a free morning alarm to explore Malta :)

Unluckily it happened that we discovered a big red cockroach in the bedroom one evening:( Post discussion with the owner it seems that it rather rare situation, as periodical pest treatment is in place.

有大露台，與美麗海景。

飯店里附近都沒什麼便利商店。但海景很美

appena ristrutturata, elegante, confortevole, posizione ottima, e suggestiva, fuori dal caos della Valletta, comunque raggiungibile in scooter in 15 minuti o con il servizio delle barchette che fanno la spola tra Senglea e La valletta

Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Ogromny taras z pięknym widokiem. Przystanek autobusowy zaraz pod mieszkaniem.

Sehr schöne Lage im Zentrum.

Im Wasserkocher wurde davor Kaffee gekocht und drin gelassen, dieser war komplett verschimmelt. Das Bad ist nur provisorisch mit Schiebetür eingebaut. Die Dielen im Bad waren teilweise gebrochen, wodurch man aufpassen musste, wo man hintritt, damit diese nicht aufschnappen. Es ist zwar eine schöne Dachterrasse am Apartment, diese ist aber leider komplett leer und es gibt dadurch draußen keine Sitzmöglichkeit oder ähnliches. Im Bett sind die Federn spürbar. Die Unterkunft ist durch ihren Zugang nicht für ältere oder eingeschränkte Personen geeignet. Die Straße ist durch das Fenster neben dem Bett extrem laut zu hören.
