Very cute. Better than expected. Comfortable beds. Host left sufficient tea and coffee plus breakfast supplies.

Apartament have great location - it is easy to reach by foot train station and rest of city. Also near by is plenty of restaurants and shops. Accomodation provides everything necesary for comfortable stay and also some basic breakfast.

Street side (kids room) is noisy on evenings as windows is not very sound proof, but it was not big problem for tired kids.

The room was neat and clean

No dishwasher, washing machine and microwave

Great location as a base for exploring eastern Liguria, including the Cinque Terre. Close to main station and bus stops. Price is reasonable. Rooms are basically large enough for one family (2 adults + 2 kids). Nice to have free coffee with traditional coffee maker. The owner is nice and helpful.

What we wanted to have are washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The only negative point is that the children's bedroom facing the street is noisy at night. But this is the opposite side of convenient location that we have to accept. The master bedroom in the back is less noisy and no issue to sleep.

Loved it was not on a busy street … actually was on a blocked off walking only street. Awesome!

Could hear the businesses opening for the day. They started a bit early on one of the days But it wasn’t crazy load. Just slept light that evening

Very good location, on the main street, with easy access to the central train station, as well as shops, restaurants and bars, within walking distance to the port. The apartment is very nice, with very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, a lot of storage space and a very nice little balcony facing an interior court yard. The hosts were easy to communicate to and friendly. They even provided us with coffee (both ground and instant coffee), toast and jam for breakfast. All in all, we had a very lovely stay.

The room facing the main street was a bit nosier than the rest of the apartment, but not a major inconvenient. The very small TV didn't work, but we didn't need it anyway. And maybe a microwave would have also been useful in the kitchen.

Good location for station and centre of La Spezia. Hosts very welcoming. We had a couple of small problems which the hosts responded to immediately.
