Cozy Room with Citiview at Greenbelt Makati

The hotel required me to wait several hours past the agreed upon check in time.

The staff came in and out of the temporary room we had to stay in while waiting for our room to be prepared. In this waiting room we found many dirty things. Dirty microwave, hair all over and dirty floor. Even after the room was prepped for us there was unsanitary conditions throughout. I was afraid to stay in this room and upon entry immediately booked a stay elsewhere. Upon speaking with the booking agent she told me to contact her in 7 days for refund. Upon doing so she stopped responding to me. So the accomodations were poor, the cleanliness was poor and the service throughout was poor. It is is a shame that even after this horrendous experience the money used for booking was not refunded. The whole experience was like a scam with a theft included. 0/10
