"Spectacular location and service."

The location is exceptional. The host was a great communicator and super helpful. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The property needs some maintenance and hasn’t been well cared for.

Die Lage ist super. Die Kommunikation und der Ablauf der Miete ist sehr gut organisiert. Auf dem nahe gelegenen Parklatz ist das Parkieren für Elektroautos gratis.

Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel, Küche, Bad sollten in dieser Preislage mindestens aufgefrischt oder renoviert werden.

"Great location but incredibly basic and lack of facilities"

The location was brilliant

It was incredibly basic! The beds were uncomfortable (just one thin pillow each), the towels were thin and they didn’t even provide any for our daughter (despite informing me that it was €40 per person per night - I had accidentally booked for one less person than I needed - for extra people to pay for laundry and consumables). The wardrobes don’t open and close properly, there are about a million sharp edges (don’t take children under 5!) and only three (tiny) wine glasses. The bathrooms were clean enough but everything was covered in limescale. They also charged me city tax for my daughter and apparently under 14s are free - but communication with the manager was so awful and rude that I can’t be bothered to query it. I would never stay here again and neither would our friends. Certainly wouldn’t recommend it!
