"Very good"

- The location. - How spacious the place is. - The team was easy to reach and replied quickly to any inquiries.

- I asked for an additional towel, and unfortunately, I didn't receive one. - The door handle of the front door was not secured (the screws were loose). I don't understand why this security issue wasn't addressed nor resolved before. - The water pressure of the shower was, in my opinion, low.

"Doable but wouldn’t stay again; not worth the price"

The place was very clean when we got there!

We had an issue with the shower head the first night and only 1/3 guests were able to take an actual shower. The other 2 had to do a sink bath. The issue was resolved by the next day but it was a little bit of trouble to even get someone to contact/message back. The place is renovated but the floor is very uneven and there are some spots it feels like you are going to fall in. Mattresses were very uncomfortable, the wifi worked half the time, not a single spec of decor is anywhere, and it just felt like a lot of money spent to be in the literal ghetto.
