Davao City Condo Living Made Easy Lifestyle

This was our second stay in Seawind this trip although a different unit and owner from the first time. The complex is well designed and attractive to look at with very nice pools and common facilities. The interior decoration varies by unit, this one was pretty basic, but it has the essentials. Good for large families due to bunk bed in one bedroom, I think the other one has a pullout bed if I remember correctly. We had some glitches such as accidentally taking the key with us when we left, the owner and her siblings were very understanding about dealing with this and we appreciated that because we were under a lot of stress at the time.

The units are really small, main room feels cramped. Bathroom furnishings were cheap, felt like they bought the least expensive sink and toilet available. No storage space in the bathroom. No separation of shower from other furnishings so dirty water gets all over everything. Very basic, low end kitchen furnishings also (though functional).

Cleanliness and the design of the room

Room, Facilities, WIFI, Host, Location are great but of course it's far from downtown. If you want to have a great rest before your flight you can book 2 days here. We should have booked 2 days if we knew that the facilities are great.
