Room charge is too expensive

All hotel staffs are very friendly. Beautiful.views from room.

We paid almost 6.8million rupiah for 1 nite stay (£340-£350) for the room. Unfortunately the room is very basic and far from luxury. Stained chair despite the hote is pretty new. The noise level is extremely high with loud music blaring till 12am. The public pool, sitting area and restaurant are so close to our room. Hence people literally sitting in front of your door chatting and laughing till 2am and started again at 6am Did not sleep well at all. Probably will have better sleep if we stay in basic room which cost £80 per nite as it is located far away from public space/pool& restaurants. Positive point is all staffs are very friendly and apologetic but said there is nothing they can do.

The facilities were amazing with the pool overlooking the lake, layout of the hotel was so good, although rooms were small but they were very well maintained and clean and had all the necessary things, like smart lights and charging points, netflix too. Not to mention room had amazing lake views. Only criticism was food options on the menu could be improved , maybe add more indonesian classics like Ayam Penyet or Ayam Geprek, but taste of the food was good anyways. Breakfast options could be improved too. One thing though, had amazing staff! Especially the supervisor for the Rise (restaurant) Ms Lia , was super friendly and super helpful! Totally enjoyable stay.
