"Please close this property is dirty and nasty is the diertiest property that i have been"

This is the nastiest hotel that we stay i always book my hotel here in booking but this time is was so disappointed, bed is dirty, didn’t change the beddings had a blood spot bathe had no towel to use , the bathroom is look like a dirtiest public bathroom, furniture is tore up, floor is dirty as hell so my be close this hotel please we cant even seat on the bed or their chair that they patch up

Nothing at all not recommended they better close this property

We were allowed check in early to be fair. And friendly receptionist.

These pictures are outrageously deceiving. I would not recommend staying here. Just everything was horrible. The toilet didn't have a toilet seat, and it was a water & bucket to flush. Sockets pulled out of the walls. The mattress was lumpy and had dips in it. Everything was dirty and the location is in the slumps of Manila, we didn't feel one bit safe. Its also not in partnership with Oyo anymore so I imagine that's why standards are horrendous.

Service is horrible. We came with a reservation and it was simply ignored. They told us there are still rooms available but we have to pay more for them since they are not connected with the oyo chain for some reason. Even when we showed our confirmed booking we were told to pay extra. We drove back and didn’t stay, they still try to get the money.. never again

. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered during my stay at your establishment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I believe it is important to address the matter. Upon checking out, I was informed by the receptionist that I incurred an additional charge, separate from the payment I made online. The receptionist explained that this charge was for a "sanitation fee." However, I am somewhat confused as to the reason behind this charge. During my stay, I had to change rooms twice as the initial room I was assigned was not yet prepared. I understand that I arrived approximately 5 hours later than the expected arrival time, which might have caused some delay in preparing the room. However, I do not see how the need for room changes would warrant an extra charge for sanitation. Furthermore, I would like to highlight that the pillowcase provided in one of the rooms had visible marks and was not properly cleaned from the laundry. This raised concerns about the overall cleanliness standards maintained at your establishment. I kindly request your assistance in clarifying the additional charge for sanitation and seek a resolution in this matter. Additionally, I would appreciate if you could ensure that such issues with unclean linens are prevented in the future, as it significantly impacted the overall experience of my stay.
