Nice to have extra room to enjoy. Nice seaside view. Very well located. Good closet and dresser space.

Some on the furniture was a bit worn but serviceable.

* Location: Just a stone's throw from the Duomo. Also with a nice view overlooking the marina of Ortigia * Host: Signor Salvo personally picked us up from the station when we arrived, and booked us a taxi during checkout. He was helpful all throughtout with great advice and recommendations about the city * Room/s: Ideal as a place for holiday and relaxation * Safety: The whole Siracusa/Ortigia area never felt dangerous at any point, but the property levels up the security further by letting people have to access three locked doors before being able to enter. Also, there was a safety vault inside the room where guests will be able to keep their valuables while enjoying the sights outside. * Freebies: We were given breakfast cards to a nearby bakery/bar which reduced the hassle of finding a place to eat in the morning. Also, free wine and mandarins

Location: Right in the heart of Ortigia! 20-30 mins by foot from the Bus and Train Stations and restos/cafes/supermarket within walking distance. Facilities: Everthing that you will need during your stay is provided (ie. Smart TV, Kitchen, Aircon) Host: Salvo is an amazing host and ensured all concerns wer addressed before, during and after our stay.

Spaciousness and great view. Close to everything.

No kettle to boil water.

Reception and cleaning lady very kind. Good location Clean apartment

 we were continually woken up both nights by the breaker flipping and beeping the beeping would not stop until we got out of bed went into the reception area and turned breaker back on.  we did not have our air-conditioning running and removed our power adaptor from the wall thinking that was possibly throwing the breaker this did not improve the situation. It was a great inconvenience to not get sleep for two days on our vacation and had an effect on our daytime activities. I requested a partial refund and was refused was told to go through Booking.com when I reached out to Booking.com they told me the apartment Hotel would not refund so both just passed the buck back-and-forth. Also we incurred multiple bug bites which I informed both the management of the property as well as Booking.com and sent pictures these bug bites are still present a week after they were very inflamed and quite itchy which was also an inconvenience during our vacation. I'm very disappointed on both levels that a partial refund was not offered.
