"Great halfway point between Bryce and Zion"

8.0

The inside was decorated well - farmhouse style, but yet up to date. Kitchen VERY well stocked. Loved access to a laundry. Great family room and TV. Had everything we needed and more inside.

The air conditioning didn't reach the 2nd floor very well. We had our son stay up there and he was fine with the provided fan. There was not much outdoor "atmosphere" - there was a table and chairs that looked comfy and a grill, but otherwise wouldn't want to necessarily hang out outside.

"Delightful accommodation, ideal for visiting Zion and Bryce"

10.0

The communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. The house was beautiful and full of character and charm. It was lovely to wake up to watch the chipmunks chasing each other around and the barn swallows in their nest under the eaves. The location was very quiet, and was great for driving into Zion and Bryce. We all loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

"Charming, rustic old house"

8.0

Cute, rustic country house, extremely well located between Zion and Bryce national parks. Hosts are very friendly! We were pleasantly surprised by the ability to order home-made bread and farm-fresh eggs. We noticed a few issues that did not meet our expectations (i.e. there was only one working shower in the house, ceilings and door frames were very low and rather uncomfortable for tall people, and very close to highway 89, with the resulting traffic noise). Everything else about this 120-yr-old renovated house was charming, neighboring goats included!
