They’re a scam i paid for the place online then called then they gave me directions to their place when i arrive there they said the place its fully booked … I didn’t get refund till today

"Bad"

Nothing as the lodge does not exist. Called the owner and he advised that it has moved and that I should drive to Kempton park to another lodge, when I got there I was advised that it fully booked. And after making payment. It is truly false advertisement. Quick money making scheme

The place is in a different location. I paid but didn't even go there as it felt unsafe of me to go to a different location

"Overall the stay was okay. Comfortable beds and some privacy. Could've been better though."

The colors they used to decorate the rooms and the beds were nice. Added a "more like home" feel to the stay.

We had requested a day stay for a couple. I communicated with the manager that we would leave earlier. The housekeeper left, locking the main door, which is the only exit, and we had to arrive at our second destination 3 hours late.
