Absolutely gorgeousl! This ist just amazing - having your own Spa with a Whirlpool next to your bedroom & also a private little Sauna 😍 the accommodation ist very Well equiped & has everything you might need during your stay and even more (there ist also a Netflix Account for the Appartement, the refrigerator is filled on arrival, the balcony ist huge, the beds very comfy,...)! The Hosts are just exceptional as well, trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible, always there If you need something & providing info-folders with recommendations for the best beaches, restaurants & bars nearby (every place we went was really nice). Had a great stay & would book again in a heartbeat - thank you for everything!

Absolutely PERFECT! This is by far the best place we have stayed in – including the place itself and the outstanding service. The host was so nice and welcoming. Before we arrived we contacted him because our flight got canceled and he immediately tried to help us and find a solution. Since the new flight landed at Heraklion (instead of Sitia) and it was too late for a bus, he came and picked us up by himself even though it’s a 2-hour drive for each way! We are just so grateful to have had such a caring host who basically saved our entire trip. Once we arrived, the apartment was amazing as well, extremely clean and the facilities were amazing. Everything was as described and beyond. The place is close to everything you need – restaurants, beaches, the bus station… The breakfast was incredible; with all you can ask for. The host gave us many recommendations and also helped us to get to Vai beach on our last day so we wouldn’t miss it, and we so glad he did. Honestly, we felt so welcomed and wanted and we can’t wait to go back there. The whole Family was just amazing and we are thanking you for everything from the bottom of our hearts.

The best place we have ever been!!!!!! It is better than home, the apartment is more like a place and the best part is the people that give you all you need from George and Naktrios. If you are in Sitia this is the place for you better than any hotel.

This is truly a 5* hotel. The facilities are outstanding, indoor pool , steam shower , jacuzzi and sauna! The Suite has the latest mod.cons, smart tv,bluetooth connection for music in every room,,very comfortable indeed- a real home from home feel. To top it all the host Mr Nectarios is a superb host, very friendly and helpful, he even arranged our pick up from the airport. Along with Yiannis and son George this is a great team, to make ones stay truly relaxing.Our family had a memorable holiday. We will definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "DeMaNi" suite, and it was an unforgettable experience. The kindness and hospitality of the host made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy my stay. I was particularly impressed by the cutting-edge technology integrated into the apartment, making everything from lighting to entertainment a breeze to control. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from both the center and the beach, making it an ideal spot for a luxurious getaway. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. The host was so kind and helpful. He even brought us home-made Cretan food! The breakfast ingredients were waiting for us in fridge and was filled in on request. Indoor pool straight from bedroom was nice.

It took a while to get pleasantly warm water from the shower.

Absolutely amazing place, everything you could need is available and much much more, simply amazing.
