Overall a nice cozy apartment lacking a microwave oven in the kitchen and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Impressed with how halal plates and prayer mats are available for muslims. Parking is close to the entrance. Some nescafe 3 in 1s are made available for guests at least.

As a customer I was slandered, as being disrespectful when all I was doing was merely raising a valid complaint of the noise made by renovations of neighbours in the building. I have snapshots of the chat when this happened as evidence of my innocense! Yes, I was disappointed with the way my complaint was handled. Who wouldn't if you are being laughed at and not taken seriously. But do bare in mind that I live in a condo too. I wished they had more empathy and accountability towards their customers. Also... Annoyingly slow water pressure when using the water filter. Loud noise from aeroplanes flying low periodically above the apartment.

A very friendly, helpful and thoughtful host. It's a cosy place, with complete kitchen alliances, washing machine. Basically, you can just stay in without worries. Bonus with Netflix, and nice balcony setup and view , to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning

Additional car park arrangement with security guard. However, the host is very helpful and responsive, and sort out all the needed in short time with a very satisfying arrangement. This is exceptional!
