De President Suite, DeMaNi President Suites

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans le logement de Nectarios avec nos deux enfants. Localisé en plein centre ville ,nous n' avons en plus manqué de rien : vaisselle, micro onde, machine à laver, piscine intérieure etc … au delà du matériel Nectarios est d’une générosité peu commune, à notre arrivée le frigo était rempli de boissons diverses et variées mise à notre disposition. Nous n avons jamais manqué d eau. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, impossible de tout finir :) !!! C’est un hôte d une gentillesse inouïe avec une sincère préoccupation que nous passions un excellent séjour ce qui fût le cas. Merci encore à Nectarios qui a participé au fait que nous passions un séjour inoubliable à Sitía. Au plaisir de se revoir. Anton Jennifer Sunil et Ishani.

The apartment is stunning and luxuriously appointed. It has everything you need plus way more. The little touches, like the full fridge on arrival, the umbrella and cool box arranged for a beach trip, the home cooked meal delivered to your room, the staff attention and helpfulness sets this place above other stays. They literally cannot do enough to make you feel at home.

Although the suite was luxurious in every detail, we must mention that the real luxury was the kindness, generosity and attentiveness of the hosts. Nektarios and his nephew George made sure that every need we had was satisfied. This included bringing us to the local farmers market and, for one of our evenings, bringing us a home-cooked meal made by Nektarios’s wife (it was fabulous!). We feel that we made real friends and we hope to come back someday on another trip to Crete to see them again. Truly a unique experience for us, such a remarkable example of the Cretan generosity.

We have never witnessed such an hospitality, generosity and true pure friendship elsewhere in the world. There are not enough words to describe the amazing people in Demani. They have done more than everything in order to make our stay a dream that will not be forgotten all our lives. The apartment is more than wonderful, near the beach and very very near to the heart of wonderful Sitia. Ioannis and Nectarius took us to several sites and even back to the airport. Thank you Ioannis and Nectaris and all the family: you became a part of our lives. We will never forget you. You are angels. We love you so much.

Very nice and luxurious apartment in the centre of Sitia! High quality materials with comfortable and luxurious spaces.

This is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed! The hosts made me feel so welcome and cared for, nothing was too much for them! The location was superb, with the beach a short walk from the accomodation. The breakfast each morning was fantastic overlooking the water and city. I can’t speak highly enough of this place!

Maria and her husband are incredible helpful and nice people. Hospitality is at the highest possible level - Maria even has prepared dinners for us! The apartment is fantastic and there is a small pool and sauna inside. It's located 1-2 minutes from the beach :). It's really worth to visit the Crete and go to this place :).

Everything was perfect!

I have the most wonderful impressions of this place! We were certainly caught in a transition period for the aparthotel, but despite the restoration and renovation work in the building, we received excellent service! The fridge was stocked with groceries and the owner family provided us with a homemade breakfast, which was such a volume that we could barely manage. The location is right by the sea, which is great too. The owners are an incredibly nice family who treat you not just as a tourist, but as a guest. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a vacation!

There is a smell from the pool in the room. Personally, it did not bother me in any way, but since my mother suffers from allergies, she had to sleep in the living room on the sofa. There was also a lack of blankets, but since it was summer season, this is totally normal. Everything else was flawless!

Everything was exceptionally amazing. The apartment is full of luxury with a private warm pool inside the room and a sauna. The walls around the pool are painted with nice scenes to give a sense of serenity. The suite is fully equiped with all what you need for a wonderful stay. The hosts are very considerate of all details and they are amazing and extremely generous. We have stayed in many suites but we have never encountered such an exceptional hospitality. Thumbs up.

We chose the apartment with the pool. We were curious how it is to have a personal pool in the apartment. It was wonderful! Nevertheless the closest beach is just 150m from the apartment we took a short bath before sleep each day. Definitely we can recommend this amenity. The rest was perfect as well. Comfortable bad, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable couch and a big balcony where someone can sit and relax with coffee or glass of wine. Last to mention there is a sauna in the apartment however we did not use it. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. In my opinion it is the one of the best place we stayed during our holidays.
