Nothing because the manager gave my room to someone else without asking.

Oyo denied to transfer booking also because the rooms were not available anywhere else so we got stuck had to pay almost triple the price to get a room. Worst oyo service ever.

Very old building. Bedsheets were not changed. No towels. Stinking room.

Room booking got cancelled because payment has not been provided before check-in. Booking.com showed that the booking is confirmed and payment is due when checking-in. The host said booking is not confirmed because payment was not completed. The reception should have called to confirm the booking instead of cancelling the room booking. The staff was extremely unfriendly. The actual name of the property was different as shown on Booking.com.

The staff was very helpful. The area is calm and peaceful. The room was very spacious with curtain for privacy near the washroom.

1. The bed sheet was torn in several places and there were old stains on the sheet and pillow. These need to be replaced more often as they are worn out. 2. The photo and name of this hotel is not as shown and advertised. Real name is Hotel Jaisas Paradise and the same is mentioned on Google maps (https://maps.app.goo.gl/eR4gJYZqsSBPWBfE6)

No staff was present to carry our luggages in our rooms and bring down from our rooms. Only one person at reception was there aand said that staff is on leave and indirectly telling us to manage our luggages. Air Conditioners were not working. Due to this one room was changed. Only one remote was provided for all rooms. Only one bath towel, soap were given. He said this is our OYO's policy. Later hesitately he gave us ac remotes, bath towels and soaps. Overall experience is we should avoid this property.

Terrible stay. Bathrooms not cleaned. Bed sheets not cleaned. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Room was bad smelling. Suggested not to stay in this property with family or wife.

Managable for one day stay.

Room was big but had a damp smell.. maybe it's an old building and not well maintained. Staff was not so friendly.. AC were not working on questioning about it they had a reason of power cut .. but they controlled the AC from outside the room .. Stayed there as we just were passing by the city and got this last minute deal.

Hotel is called Jaisas Paradise and is slightly far from the main town area where all the attractions are. between Rs 150 to 200 will get you a rickshaw ride to town area which is 1.5km away. Decent stay!
