Could not get in property due to faulty keypad for code. 3 stories up using steel steps that were uncomfortable and made us feel very off balance. This was not advised on advertisement. We never stayed and want a full refund.

Very cozy apartment - very homely ,very central to everything you need for the stay.

The location is absolutely ideal and right in the middle of Bowness. The price is very reasonable for the location and size.

We had a couple of issues during our stay. Firstly a radiator had fallen off the wall and moved onto the floor of the living room, we had no hot water one day and finally there must be a better process for the 'damage deposit'. This I had to pay 2 weeks in advance, and although I received a message the day after vacating to thank us for leaving the room tidy we did not receive the money back for another 3 weeks and after countless unanswered messages

Very comfortable, clean and cozy stay in the best location.

The parking was a little issue but that was no reflection on the accommodation. Thankyou.

Windermere is lovely and this was conveniently located. Easy access into the property.

We were cold at night because the heaters were not great but luckily they had warned up properly by the morning. We were sitting under a blanket in the living room to stay warm in the evening. I messaged about this in the evening but did not get a response until the following morning. We had cold showers in the morning. The first shower started off hot but then went cold, the remaining 3 were all cold. They were quick showers. There are parking restrictions all around the property. I was told there is a car park at the cinema across the road but the car park was closed off. We used a pan but had to wash it first. It looked clean at first glance but it was grimy and oily when you touched it. The carpets were stained. Definitely not 'boutique'. The blanket we used in the evening had a stain on. The entire place looked like it had had a quick wipe down rather than cleaned. The toilet didn't flush well. You had to repeatedly flush it to try and get water flowing into it.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, very homely. Great location for bars, restaurants and shops in Bowness.

There was no remote for the tv which wouldn't ordinarily have been an issue for us as we don't go away to watch telly, but it was Christmas and there wasn't much open in the village for the evenings. The staff did try lots of things to get this resolved but unfortunately the remote could not be replaced during our 2 night stay.

Brilliant location and a nice cozy little flat with lovely views across the rooftops. Thoughtful facilities such as the kitchen equipment,coat/shoe stand and umbrellas available . The host was very responsive.

The entrance up 3 flights of a fire escape to the flat was a bit of a struggle with bags and small kids but it was very well lit at night so it didn’t feel unsafe.
