An Amazing property to stay in Pauline is an exceptional host, the property is clean, spacious, and very comfortable with particular attention to detail. Great location with everything you would require within walking distance, restaurants shops etc, we were there visiting High Force waterfall and to stop in East View House made it a super weekend.

There was nothing we didn’t like about East View House!

"Luxurious, spacious countryside retreat"

Spacious and beautifully decorated home with an open plan kitchen/dining area and an upstairs living room. Doggy friendly with a hose outside to wash any muddy paws. Plenty of bathrooms. Very peaceful and homely yet luxurious. The village itself has a variety of things to do and food options (antiques shop, craft shop, pubs, fish & chips etc.) and there are lots of walks nearby. Great location for exploring the countryside too. Pauline was very responsive throughout and provided helpful suggestions + organised for the kitchen to be stocked with various bits and pieces. It was a great location for a large family get away and it would work well with friends too.

The bedrooms are all east facing, so bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to morning light.

From the cheerful, friendly greeting from Pauline, to the absolutely amazing, unique and spacious property (believe me, the pictures are only a hint of how wonderful it is!), to the spotless, comfortable beds and sofa, the generous welcome pack for us and the dog, selection of books and games and every kitchen utensil you could ever need-there was so much to love about the property! 💕

The only negative was that we were only staying for 2 nights- we’ll book more next time!
