Olive Service Apartments Medanta Medicity Gurgaon

The property was quite close to the Medanta Hospital. It had blackout curtains and all the other basic amenities Kitchen utensils are well stocked and were in good shape. The staff were polite and extremely helpful during check-in and helped with moving luggage to the room.

Towels and beddings were quite dated and were in very poor shape. We were informed it was supposed to be cleaned every day but no-one came to clean the house until afternoon on 3rd day of our stay. I had to call multiple times for someone to collect the bin. The rooms are bit small and arr only suitable for 2 adults but was not an issue for us The staff although polite and kind were bit lacking in initiative.

Excellent check in support including arranging for airport transfer to the property and from the property to the airport upon check out. Very responsive staff and this made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Thank you to whole Olive team to make the stay. I just wanted to put my whole experience here which might help the next booker to choose their apartment. I have done the booking to spend some quality time with my friend and it was astonishing. This apartment has a kitchen which is the one of the best part I can say. We make our own food and enjoy it on the terrace. Yes I forgot to mention that they have common area on the basement. But yeah as i booked it for one day i have not used that. But yeah if you are looking for any longer stay, it can be you top choice. The apartment caretaker is a very helpful person, if you need any help you can call him he will be there to help you. And one more thing as i was traveling from other city i have my flight little late so i requested the host same. And complimentary she did that for me. Last I can say it was a stunning stay. Definitely if I will travel in future to Gurgaon it will be my first choice:)
