Handy location

We did not know there were steps, not mentioned, older people like us have difficulty lugging suitcases up stairs, we managed to take smaller amount of clothing through garage, inconvenient but doable.

Was right by our friends whom we went down to see. Ideal location for the town and football ground. Easy to access. Good facilities and communication. Safe parking. Lovely equiped kitchen. Near to felixstowe. Perfect really aoart from a few little bits of furniture that need updating. Will stay again definately

The sofa bed and sofa was abit worn. There was a socket loose on the wall in the kitchen.

Trouble accessing as key press number incorrect. Hadn’t been cleaned - dirty sheets and towels in shower. No curtain in bedroom only blind, no window covering at all in bathroom and kitchen. Smoke detector ripped off ceiling, road so noisy. Didn’t feel secure with unlocked door from the garage straight into the property. Cooker top disgusting. I would say this couldn’t be further from luxury and would rate it basic at best. The photos used in the listing are not reflective of the actual property.

The apartment was modern, clean and warm. The location was very good

We were given 2 incorrect key codes for the key box. We were unable to contact the host as his phone was not working. The wi-fi did not work at all. The radiator in the bathroom did not work due to a smashed valve and the trickle vent in the window was broken, therefore the bathroom was cold.

The privacy, space & parking

It could’ve been a little cleaner (some areas lacked attention to detail - ie: dusty skirtings, cooker top, fridge - not as clean as it could’ve been).. Not enough clean towels or linen for 4 nights.. The sofa was disappointing (Not as pictured - which took away from the apparent “luxury” feel). The Wi-Fi details were not in the apartment as stated in the information email, I messaged the host but received no reply. The road the property is located on is extremely noisey.
