Premier Downtown Loft Building, Just Opened

This is an historic building with lots of character. (It’s even noted in the local museum). Beautifully designed, quirky and unique. Great bathroom facilities, rainfall shower great and perfectly hot. The compact kitchen is also great just what you need to make a quick breakfast or snack meal. Beds are sooo comfortable you don’t want to get out of them. I stayed in the loft/mezzanine bed space which was really cozy. Loved the use of the antique wardrobe as a room divider.

There nothing really, would have liked to open a window but understand as it’s a very old building they don’t, so the ceiling fans were a great alternative.

The location was perfect - my friends and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and visiting nearby bars, restaurants, and cafes. We felt completely safe, even as a party of 4 girls, and loved the location. On-site parking off the street was very convenient. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and were perfect for 4 people. Although the kitchenette was small, we had no problem storing food and snacks for the beach. There was a beach umbrella and boogie board available at the property that got a lot of use!

One thing that would improve the experience of staying here would be a place to dry beach and bath towels. Even just a folding drying rack that could be used would have made it perfect. Also, the shower had a slight leak that would cause the bathroom floor to become very wet.

The owner has great communication. The location is close to everything that you enjoy in Pensacola. I highly recommend staying here. Love the brick building inside and out. Had very nice bikes that you can ride around the local area. The king-size bed was very comfortable

No kitchen. No laundry facilities. Very small bathroom.

The only grape that I have lol would be a funny one if you have a coffee pot in the room you should at least have one pot of coffee there. But I guess the Lord knows what best for me because the coffee shop was down the street and I had to walk to itlol I guess it turned out to be a good thing.

I loved the setup! Nice space!

It was a wee bit warmer during the day, but we kept the fans going and it wasn’t a big deal.
