"Excellent base in a beautiful location"

The perfect location for exploring Coniston & surrounding areas. We were there for the trail running event last weekend and honestly couldn’t have gotten a better location.

The extract fan in the bathroom is really noisy & literally sounds like a pigeon is in the house 😂 Everything else was great!

The views from the loft were exceptional. Perfect location to the lake and amenities, all walking distance. Old Man of Coniston right on the doorstep. Great base.

Some minor parts of the accommodation needs a bit of TLC. But this didn't impact on our stay. The loft apartment is very nice and comfortable, and perfectly located. Beautiful view of the mountain, was lovely to wake up to.
