Great location and price. Host is friendly and helpful! The apartment is unique, clean, everything works (older reviews point to some issues - all have been fixed I assure you, shower with a curtain, hot water). Payment was handled by the host in cash.

Not an issue of the apartment or the host, but someone kept calling someone loudly in the morning, probably a neighbor.

The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, just enough. All beds and mattresses are comfortable, pillows are high, linen is clean! The floors creak quite a lot, but if no one sneaks into the toilet or refrigerator at night, you can get enough sleep. The courtyard is quiet, there are no cars in it.

You can't wash in a bathroom without flooding the floor, but this design is generally typical for the region. We've seen the same thing in other parts of Georgia.

Good location, good spacious rooms and good facilities, nice friendly reception. Good communication and very helpful.

City center, but still quiet and cozy

It's an excellent location for someone who wants to explore the city. The area was ideal, and the owner's responsiveness and assistance were exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the property owners have a unique boutique (https://www.instagram.com/_jacquard_store) with a lovely selection of women's clothing that I found quite appealing. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fantastic spot in Kutaisi with easy access to all the attractions.
