We had an absolutely fantastic stay over the Christmas holidays. Everything exceeded our expectations! The static caravan was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can really tell how much care and attention has been put into every detail. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday, and the whole experience made our Christmas truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return without hesitation.

The sofas and carpets are in desperate need of a clean with stains all over both. Otherwise the caravan was very clean The bathroom radiators were quite rusty and the main one didn’t work The caravan park and local bars n restaurants all shut down for the week snd onsite shop had low stock and minimum hours which would have been good to be told

Great host who left us a little basket of treats in the table of arrival. Our family of 7 loved the stay, and the caravan was clean, well equipped, and there was a box with beach toys which was a bonus. We also found the location was perfect near the entertainment building and right at the beach. Would defo stay here again.

Great location with beautiful sea views. Very spacious for myself, my friend and our two boys. Peaceful location and well maintained. The caravan was spotless and the owner was extremely helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

What a lovely holiday home! The photos give a pretty accurate description of the position and presentation of this immaculate caravan. Perfect for the two of us and our pooch who loved her runs on the beach in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen had just about everything you need, very well equipped. 1 minute walk to the beach, (the sea looks further away in the pictures than it actually is, but does go out a LONG way) ,10 mins to the pub! ;-)Didn't use the park facilities/bar area so can't comment on those. This was planned as a stopover weekend on our way to the Highlands from the Midlands, would not hesitate booking again. Fast communication from the hosts, and deposit back in my bank account next day. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous well located caravan with access to the beach, a few mins walk to the complex but quiet enough we didn’t hear any noise. Caravan boasts a fabulous decking area, modern furnished throughout. Very comfortable beds we had great sleeps and extra bonus with the en-suite in the main bedroom. The host really has thought of every little detail and it felt like a home away from home. Immaculately clean to a very high standard. Great communication with the host too. We will be back!

They left a basket of complimentary snacks/coffee pods as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste in sealed packs . The home is beautiful in a fantastic coastal area. Great sea view. The communication has been excellent too
