Sunny Beach Machico Apartment by Holiday Rental Madeira

A very well equipped and nicely designed apartment. A huge long balcony, which can lead from one room to another. View on the ocean from the one side and the mountains from the other. Would come back again! Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week and we loved everything about this apartment! Spacious, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. View from the balcony is amazing! And the location! Right in the heart of Machico Village, very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Easy access to many hikes: some start right here in Machico, to others it was easy to get by Bolt or bus. The property manager was very helpful. Many thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable!

The location is amazing. The kitchen is setup with all you may and may not need. Clean and new everything. Nice lady who let us in and answered to questions also after. Parking available.

The street down is a bit noisy in night, but for me personally it was not a problem.

Everything! Facilities excellent. Modern, spacious , balcony overlooking sea, kitchen well equipped.

Excellent location, lovely hearing the waves as you sleep. Lovely host and free parking underground. Great facilities, golden beach nearby and lots of walks nearby.

We thought we’d been dropped at an abandoned building as the ground floor of the apartment block is empty retail units & there were no lights on in the building. When we were shown inside however it was a lovely surprise - the apartment is beautifully furnished, well equipped & very clean. Also great balcony. Very central to everything & close to beach, bars & restaurants.

On a busy road & under flight path so reasonably noisy. Weather was warm so a fan would have been welcome. Be warned you must notify the agent in advance of arriving at property - we were not aware of this & stood in the dark for half an hour before they arrived with keys (they said we’d been told but I showed them the messages on my phone confirming this was not the case). They also put through an extra charge on our credit card before we arrived though I did eventually get this back after complaining.
