"Worst experience I have ever had with a rental."

Nothing.

The mice and the fecal matter they left behind. This property is poorly managed. This property has mice. The mice ate our food and left droppings in the coffee pot. We checked out the day after we checked in. There was also a large stain on the carpet that we were willing to overlook until we experienced the rodent infestation. I requested a refund and have not received my money or a direct answer about when I will hear back. It is the worst customer service I have experienced, in some time. I will be leaving negative reviews on every platform possible regarding not only the property, but the horrible customer service provided by Hoste (the management company). I also intend to pursue this to the fullest extent possible in order to get my money back. I can understand an oversight and that things sometimes happen, but the lack of support and follow through after the fact has demonstrated how much they do not care about the consumer. Sadly, I will not be using Booking.com any longer either.
