Layout of the property was nice and the interior choice decent.

It wasn’t very clean. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for at least a week of someone living there. The whole place needed some dusting too. There was pet hair and dust on the living Not sure why the property owners thought it was a good idea to have an ironing board lean over a toilet! It was very inconvenient. There was only one shower for the 6 of us to use. Although it was nice, the deco was broken some parts. There were several parts of the house that needed TLC, especially the light fixtures, the walls and kitchen cabinets.

Fantastic value for money. Decent location and very well looked after property with lots of facilities.

No negatives from me. Everything as advised and well justified within the good pricing of the accommodation. Kudos to the host.

Spacious rooms, plenty of space and washing facilities. Good cloakroom area. Upstairs has two bedrooms, utility room and bathroom. Downstairs a bedroom, living area and kitchen leading to small patio area outside. Are stair gates to use if needsd Good choice to travel to the local Etihad stadium. Parking outside. Local nature reserve not far.

Bit of damp around windows in the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen cabinet needs fixing. Outside seating and bathroom sealant needs replacing. Loose stair rail reported.

Modern decor & interior pieces. Nice, crisp bed linen.

Was shoddy in places, kitchen units detached, dripping overhead pipe in back yard. untidy exterior, bits of rubbish on back yard, broken garden seat. Loose banister on stairs.
