Brand New Luxury Rooms near downtown Boston

The apartment was newly decorated absolutely  clean and fitted out to a high standard. The kitchen' s one you dream about.  Unfortunately they neglect to tell you that the kitchen is shared as is the lounge and in two cases the toilet facilities . The walls are thin everything can be heard between the rooms including the toilet. Perhaps the worst feature of the apartments is that to reach them requires climbing up two flights of narrow steep stairs each with about 25 steps and a right angle with narrow triangular steps. Would I return, not at any price, would I recommend, only to a body builder that tightrope walks.

Room and other facilities were basic but clean and there were relatively good transport links to downtown Boston.

It was not clear from the description that the kitchen, bathroom and living room were shared spaces and that there were three separately rented rooms within the apartment, each behind a locked door. We would likely not have booked the room had we been aware of that in advance. Neighborhood around the apartment is quite sketchy. I definitely do not think it met the description of "brand new luxury room."

Clean kitchen, rooms. Very helpful host room three on the third floor had a nice view of the backyard trees and . About an hour walk to Boston Common

A little chilly in my room, but maybe due to all the windows. Provide an extra blanket, just in case.

It is like Airbnb model room in the apartment. It took me time to get along the location and surrounding areas, and it was fine. Hosts were amazing and were very kind and accommodative.

There was a person in the building who was smoking inside and the smoke/smell travelled through heating system to all the room. It was extremely annoying and host was also annoyed when she got to know. There was an issue of noise if someone lives above you when they walk. It can be disruptive at nights. I lived for couple of weeks and happened to me for second weekend when host in the above room was walking a lot at night.

Praktische und ruhige Seitenstraße im Wohngebiet. Geräumiges Apartment mit großer Küche. Gut erklärte Anleitung wie man in das Haus und die einzelnen Wohnungen /Zimmer kommt.

Ohne Auto ist die Lage nicht besonders gut, es gab keine Möglichkeiten zu Frühstücken in der Nähe, in der Küche gab es keinen Kaffee, das hätte man sich alles selber besorgen müssen. Die Betten waren recht unbequem und das Bettzeug wirke nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend.
