Brand New Luxury Rooms near downtown Boston

Great space and very clean.

The bed was not totally stable; one of the supports was missing and the other was not strongly connected to the slat.

The room and facilities were clean and modern, and the room had more than enough space for all of my belongings, perfect for an extended stay. I appreciated having a desk for my study. The new and efficient washing machine and dryer were a bonus and a lounge room that was spacious and comfortable to relax in was truly appreciated. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the owners via booking.com chat, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

The hot water pressure for the kitchen sink was low, even though the shower pressure was excellent (spacious, clean shower too). This wasn't really an issue, as the dishes could be sorted in the dishwasher without me having to do a thing!

The stay exceeded my expectations!! I am very grateful to Mark for being attentive to any need and I congratulate Nadine who has impeccable taste in decoration.

It was a big apartment with shared kitchen. I had my own room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and all the apartment was very clean. The owners replied to all my answers very quickly.

Curb view was good. Attractive bedroom, shared living area, and shared kitchen. Working windows.

Could use a coffee maker, clock, extra blanket, paper cups in bath, fix the private bath sink drain. Website claimed to provide linens and a robe; no robe or pillow cases. Mark did bring pillow cases when asked. Mark needs to be more familiar with the neighborhood street names (Blue Hill and Dudley Streets) and which buses (15 and 45) to use to get to Nubian Station for downtown. The living room file needs to include emergency contact info for police, fire and ambulance. We didn't see a fire extinguisher.

The place was very cool and clean. Very nice and clean lobby and kitchen. The bedroom was also very clean and spacious.The neighborhood was very good and near public transport system.

100 % cotton linen would have finished it off for me. But I’m being picky.
