Stayed for 2 nights while in Gateshead for work and it was ideal. The room was large, clean, and comfortable — exactly what you need after a long day. Great to have free parking and easy access to the city centre too. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area for business.

It was my first time in this type of accommodation and I'm afraid I will not be doing so again. In responnse to your first question, there wasn't any staff. There wasn't anywhere close by to get any breakfast. In fact there was no information about anything within the the immediate area. The room itself was ok, but I wouldn't have called it luxury. I actually left on Sunday morning so stayed for 2 out of the 4 nights booked.

Nothing it was very dirty, sheets had hairs and stains. I didn’t even stay had to book another room else where. No comms with owner bathroom has mould far from luxury

This was as far from luxury as you can imagine. It was dank, relied on shared facilities where the add implied self contained. Fixtures and fittings were broken or damaged - such as key lights to read room scanner to get in. A horrible experience neved to be repeated.

The near fraudulent of substandard accommodation. The noisy unsafe environment.

stayed for 2 nights at the City Centre Large Luxury Rooms in Gateshead while attending a work event, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location was ideal, with easy access to both Gateshead and central Newcastle. Free parking was a real bonus, and everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend it for both work and leisure trips.
