MYThe kitchen facilities problem
MYAC working good. Clean toilet. Spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom got 1 single bed and 1 queen bed. Another room got 1 queen bedroom.
Check in should be at 3.00 pm but when we arrived at the facilities and wanted to check in, they told us that to wait since the facilities still did not finish being cleaned. We waited until 3.30pm. Check in instructions are also not clear. They ask for a deposit at RM200 and when i ask where I should transfer the deposit, they told me that I don't need to give any deposit and can proceed with check in. Later that night, around 7 pm, they suddenly called me and asked for the deposit to be given and i can just put it in the mailbox where i collect the key. I mean, it's very unsafe to just leave RM200 there since the money could be missing. I choose to transfer the money via online and it only will be returned to me in 5 working days. That's a very long period to return a deposit money lol. After that, since we checked in into the facilities at 3.30pm, i requested for a longer check out time which is 11.30 am (i actually checked out at 10.30 am during the check out day), but they ignored it. I mean it's very unfair since we check in late and have to check out early lol. Another thing is about the facilities. I really didn't know it could be so small despite the price, especially the kitchen area. The kitchen area is combined with the living room (?). It's not very suitable for a big family. Luckily, there are only 3 of us staying there. Imagine if it was a big family considering the picture by the facilities on this app? Come on guys, you can do better than this. Thats all. Thanks.

MYMYMYMYMYMYComfortable and nice place to stay (sleep & rest). Suitable for my budget and maybe for people that only plan to stay at least 1/2 days maybe it will be okayy and for someone that plan to eat outside. It near to imago btw and all convenience store over there Pluss restaurants...and my bad that I only know there were many equipment such as swimming pool and gym at level 11. There were many things to explore but I don't had enough time 😭
Don't had rice cooker, not really suitable or comfortable for family of 5 and above especially for family that big size. And it was hard to find especially for the first time and the park was far away from lift.
