Align Lux Apartments, Liverpool City Centre

Location was great,close to restaurants, shops and bus /train stations , yet quiet. Very comfortable bed. Great shower Very nicely decorated Kitchen well equipped although we didn't cook

Nothing really

Property was clean and in such a good location to everything and only half an hour uber from the airport. Loved the way the key was in a lockbox on arrival so no hassle of checking in and waiting around. Loads of space for everything also.

Some toilet flushers and seats need to be updated. A door handle should also be changed on one of the upper bedrooms. Everything was still functional but just for the future in case they do break fully. Other than that it was amazing

Really lovely apartment (I loved the decor) with everything we needed in a great central location. We would stay again!

It was 29 degrees and extremely hot when we walked in. We couldn't open any windows to let fresh air in. I understand why the windows couldn't be opened for safety reasons but there was no air conditioning or fan to use instead. The lift was too small for luggage and pram etc. We managed it but not ideal. No luggage storage.

Located in a good central area of the city, good sized apartment that slept all 7 of us comfortably.

Through no fault of the owners the first apartment we were given hadn’t had the cleaners round to clean up from the previous occupants. The owner was quick to rectify this and provided us with a bigger apartment that had been cleaned at no extra cost.

Jacuzzi was perfect!

Loved how central it was and the layout of the room. Bed was really comfortable.

Water didn't stay hot enough as runs off a tank. Would be OK if having quick showers but one of us used the jacuzzi not realising and then the others had to wait for water to heat up again.
