The services were slow and did not meet expectations. The rooms require maintenance and overall improvement in quality. Upon my departure, I did not feel respected, as the lights were turned off in an inappropriate manner before I had completed the checkout process. Even if there was a delay in checking out, I should have been informed in a professional and courteous way instead of being treated in this manner.
