Homestay at Palas Horizon with sunrise view

Tv no signal,not very clean,. kitchen item can't use, a number of only. . Complain tv no signal at the first day arrived untill last check out no answer.silent . verrrry disappointed. 4days like urghhhh . won't booking again this homestay . veil smells sour,under the sofa and bed a lot of dust .

The entire apartment wasn’t clean and had a lot of cockroaches. The tv wasn’t working at all even after changing the battery, when we called the owner she didn’t respond us at all until we had to call and text few times; the only reasons she gave was sorry. Just read the previous comment many has complaint about the tv but she are purposely ignoring it.

The entire experience was deeply disappointing, as the unit provided did not match the description or the standards we had anticipated when Booking. The unit we got was completely different from what we booked. The whole thing was a mess. The customer service was horrible. They did sent a representative to get things fixed at the unit but it wasn't helpful at all.

The apartment located on the hilltop, so the view at the balcony was superb. Able to see sunrise without any blocking.

If you take closer look at every corner of the apartment, it's not very clean. There's some spider webs at the corner of the ceiling, and dusts can be seen under the bed. Saw a few cockroaches upon arrival. The bidets were leaking and not repaired.

The homestay was spacious and suitable for 8 pax, with secured parking and security.

However, there was a bad odor, and we found a few small cockroaches in the kitchen. The TV was there but couldn’t access anything—you’ll need to bring your own pendrive, or it’s useless. The remote control didn’t work even after changing the batteries. Both toilets had issues: the master room’s toilet was leaking, and the hall toilet wasn’t functioning properly. Also, free parking is only available for one car. If you have extra cars, you’ll need to pay RM10 per night per car.

The outside view from this room was superbb, everything arranged and guided very clearly by our host. I will recommend this homestay cause it was very cozy and the area also quite good for around 6-8 fam members.
