Fabulous Family Home in Lovely Little Stoke

Windows did not close properly in the bathroom or back bedroom so it was cold. Cleaning products were left in the kettle so it foamed up when water was put inside. There were no instructions on how to control the heating. Mouldy cup and plate found under one of the beds.

Great location, clear communication with host, good sized rooms, great having two toilets with kids around and also two car parking spaces. Great for our short family stay.

A few more items in the kitchen would have been good - there was no cheese grater for example, very few oven trays for cooking food on, not enough forks although there was a packet of plastic forks. One of the double bed mattresses was very saggy and uncomfortable.

Un seul des 4 lits est confortable. Le matelas de la chambre face à l'escalier est défoncé. Les 2 autres sont bruyants et les ressorts sont hors d'usage. Pas d'éponge, de torchons et très peu de vaisselle utilisable. La salle de bains du bas n'en ai pas une : une douche et un wc dans une pièce minuscule où il était difficile de se retourner et un coin lavabo ouvert sur la pièce à vivre. Aucune intimité ! Concernant la cuisine, nous avons trouvé du sel, du poivre, un litre d'huile entamé datant d'on ne sait quand et quelques sachets de thé et de café soluble. C'est bien cher payé pour avoir très mal dormi et ne pas avoir pu profiter de la cuisine ! Les casseroles et poêles sont encrassées, il manque des couverts, etc... Nous déconseillons cet établissement qui ne répond pas à la proposition faite sur l'annonce

It fits the bill for a family of six ( 4 adults and 2 children) being spacious and functional. The rooms were spacious and the dining area very communal. Parking space for 2 cars and 2 bathrooms in the house.

Nothing stood out to not like. Perhaps replacing the dish drainer will help.

The house was very spacious and was equipped with every necessary item for the ease of tenants. It was a very comfortable stay, we loved it.

It could've been a little more cleaner as in corners and windows. Overall it was pretty clean.
