Immerse in Luxury Valletta's Historic Heart

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location.

The couch was very low, and the carpark was very hard to navigate.

Very disappointed the lift was not working. It was very difficult to carry our cases up and down three flights of stairs especially as there was not handrail. We are not young people! We chose this apartment because it had a lift. It would have been helpful to have more information in the book about the apartment, eg. no instructions of when and where the rubbish is collected or recycling of bottles/glass, instructions re television and cooker hob. Unfortunately one of us needed a doctor on our first day. The doctor in your information book did come but only because she was 83 years old. He told us his practise no longer attends to Valletta. The doctor was very helpful and kind. I tell you this so that you can amend your information book. I hope this is helpful to you.

Best part of this apartment were the two very modern bathrooms with excellent showers and the location if you want to be in central downtown Valetta, taxi pickup that management company arranged (he was our hero in that he returned to the building to let in the maintenance man who rescued us from the elevator!)

Getting trapped in the elevator for a very hot and frightening 30 minutes upon arrival, not a true "elevator" building, a flight of steps to get to the elevator in the lobby and a flight of steps from the elevator to the apartment. Two mornings awoke with no power or water , lack of instructions re. AC despite caution and restriction on electric use, front bedroom noisy from bar and restaurant across the street, rear bedroom had no street noise but the noisy AC units were right outside, took 3 days to discover knives and cutlery (the video that was sent was of the incorrect drawer), and cooktop was not working despite googling the instructions. Management after MUCH back and forth and the matter finally elevated to a higher up finally agreed to a partial credit for the problems we encountered during our stay. We spent way too much time dealing with issues at this rental

The place was clean and modern. Very close to town

The staff were awful, and checking in for a night was not worth the effort or expense. They require €300 for a €220 p.n stay. It was a joke. The whole check-in process was inconvenient and annoying. The apartment is EXTREMELY noisy. A car alarm went off every 15 min, and the sound was funnelled into the apartment. Every time someone walks down the street, it sounds like they are in the room with you. In addition the main bedroom had no curtains on one of the windows so it was bright all night. Very overpriced for what turned out to be a very unrestful night.

Clean modern conversion

The open plan setting in the main living area was very spacious and leads out onto a small balcony. The two bedrooms were well sized and one had a spacious en suite. The location was perfect in Valeta.. a 5min walk to nearby bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Often the hot water would run out leaving some cold showers. There was no speaker to play any music off. Also, even though having a well designed kitchen there was no cutlery available. Also no ironing board in sight.

Mr Pierre perfectly arranged our transfer from airport and back to the airport and all other things about our stay in the apartment. This was important part which made our time here very pleasant.

brand new appartment, in great location (very close to all city attractions), spacious, fully equiped with everything you need, owners and their co-workers are very flexible if you need something on top (Carlos was a great help).

front bedroom is a bit of noisy (opened balcony and small bar just opposite to appartment), other bedroom is very calm.
